Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as final sale

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at sam@gocean.com with your order number and reason for the refund.

  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item (if applicable).

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
